I bought my Keurig Supreme last fall and love it! The descale light wouldn't go off after cleaning it. I descaled it 2 weekends in a row and it still wouldn't go off. I reached out to Keurig and they did some troubleshooting with me on the phone and said they would send me a new Keurig. It was that easy and within a week I had my new coffee maker.
I had the original for three months, and it worked great! Then it briked it self While in cleaning mode. :-( Replacement warranty worked well and now I'm back to making great coffee!
Within a few months after purchasing a K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker the handle broke off. However, after a quick and pleasant conversation with customer service they shipped me a brand new coffee brewer which arrived at my house in three days.
I have to say that I think the coffee tastes richer with this coffee machine. It might be because it punctures with more needles, allowing the pod to utilize more of the coffee. It begins dispensing coffee quickly, which is different from my other machines. I did register my coffee machine in case it fails within the first year.
I'm happy this replacement was taken care of quickly and surprised that my original color was sent. I love the Keurig and was happy to have the richer flavor back with the Supreme model.
