Theres never been anything wrong with this Keurig. Every feature is easy to use. fits perfectly on the counter and hold water for a couple of days use. Thank you to the support team who helped replace my brewer. Saved the day!
I've been using Keurig products for over 10 years. I never had a problem until I purchased a K-Supreme last October. It died after the 2nd descaling. I got a replacement in early April. I noticed my coffee cup was nearly overflowing the first time I used it. The new unit was dispensing an extra ounce, I measured it, no matter which cycle I used. I got my 2nd replacement unit (this one) and it is doing the same thing. I'm going to live with it by using larger coffee cups and when it dies, I will buy from another manufacturer. I used to love Keurig products, but not anymore.
Keurig started malfunctioning, only dispensing about 4 oz of water regardless of setting, multiple descaling and filter changes would not correct the issue. Attempted to return to the store 91 days after purchase. Store will not accept returns/exchanges past 90 days. Called Keurig upon leaving the store. I provided the serial # & model # to the rep. Was informed that the Keurig would need to be “troubleshooted”. My husband & I purchased a new coffee pot that day. Subsequently I called Keurig so they could “troubleshoot “. The rep asked me for the serial # & purchase date and what the problem was with the Keurig. No “troubleshooting “ was performed. I inquired as to why I was not allowed to file the warranty claim on my previous call (after a long hold). The second call was a long hold prior to a rep coming on the line. I was instructed to email pictures (examples were provided. I submitted the required pictures (exactly as shown in the examples). This took several attempts as they were not happy with 1,of my pics. The pic of the serial # was “too close” (same as the example provided. It was a very clear pic of the serial # that I provided on the phone to the rep. I feel like they made it extremely difficult to replace a Keurig that was less than 100 days old! I expected better after owning Keurigs for at least 10 years.
We received this coffeemaker as a replacement for a purchase that didn’t work correctly. All was great until today when the new machine stopped working.
Wonderful! Sooooooooo easy to use! This was a warranty replacement (descaling light would not turn off) and Keurig handled this professionally and replaced with no issues! Delivered new one in 2 days! Great job Keurig!
