I’m very happy with new Keurig - perfect size, white color looks so fresh & clean & it makes a cup of coffee faster than my old Keurig ever did. Very satisfied!
I bought this 5 months ago (also one for my mother). Best Buy ever! My 90 year old mother told me that she uses it all the time (at least 5 times a day) and it’s the best gift ever. Easy to use and the slim profile is nice. It doesn’t take up space. The reservoir tank is nice because it’s tall and slim. It can be put on the side or back of the machine. The tank is easy to remove with the sturdy handle. Recently, the descale light wouldn’t go off when using. I had descaled. I did all the suggestions but it still wouldn’t go off. My machine still worked fine though. Customer service immediately send me a new replacement. Wow! Simply wow! I’m a forever Keurig owner.
I needed a small coffee machine to meet my needs. Size is great. When I press the top buttons (for the size of the cup and to start brewing) the machine sometimes does not start. I need to start the process by inserting the pod again. Frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the first time I have de-scaled my Keurig. And, sure enough, when I was finished, the coffee maker wouldn't work. My daughter told me she has had 3 of these kinds of coffee makers, each time for the same reason. Terrible design. Obviously, something is wrong with the "mother board" that controls the coffee maker. Apparently, a serious design flaw.
After enjoying my Keurig about a year, the electrical part stopped working. I called to explain my situation, and received a replacement within three days. The best service ever!
We have struggled with the Keurig, automatically shutting off and returned our new one and kept getting sent replacements. They all did the same thing easily went through five cure eggs all of them doing the same thing even different models.
