I received Keurig coffeemaker for Christmas and was very disappointed one morning when it would not turn on. I contacted Keurig service and was very pleased with how quickly and easily they handled my claim. I received the new machine in only two days!
I bought this Keurig 6 months ago. When it stopped working and I contacted Keurig it was replaced after sending it back. This was the best warranty ever. The company stands by their products. That is great news.
My boys got me a k Supreme and it stopped working on day 363 of a 365 day warranty. It took about 5 weeks total, but Keurig did send me a brand new one with a new 12 month warranty. i was persistent and called twice a week...Have to say that it makes great tasting coffee. hope this one lasts longer. I have a 10 year old single cup that has been bullet-proof, works each and every time. The new ones seem to be more fragile .
