I like when I call. Company’ lady was very helpful and where my. Machine was. Just a year old I got a new machine and was supposed to get some coffee box pods but that didn’t happened

My boys got me a k Supreme and it stopped working on day 363 of a 365 day warranty. It took about 5 weeks total, but Keurig did send me a brand new one with a new 12 month warranty. i was persistent and called twice a week...Have to say that it makes great tasting coffee. hope this one lasts longer. I have a 10 year old single cup that has been bullet-proof, works each and every time. The new ones seem to be more fragile
