This is actually a replacement for one I bought 6 months. It started to not properly make cups of coffee. I am hoping this one will last longer. This is my 4th Keurig maker (upgrading each time). I like the convenience of coffee almost instantly.
Received 2nd warranty replacement after ordering twice. All of them died during 1st descaling. Rated 3 because of warranty response. I don’t recommend buying this product.
This K-Supreme Single Serve is my favorite countertop edition from Keurig - compact attractive, easy to use and clean. The downside was an inconsistent mechanism that often faille to puncture the K-Pods. The replacement version ha solved those functionality problems to a T.
We had an unbelievable service from Keurig’s staffs. They were so helpful. They walked us through the whole of process of how to get our broken Keurig Coffee Maker replace. Within one week after the call, we have a new replacement Keurig Coffee Maker delivered to our front door. No fuzz and no arguments!
My Keurig went kaput and was not able to be repaired, I called and explained the situation and after less than 5 minutes was informed it would be replaced. Now to those of you reading this it was only because i took the time to register my equipment. They looked up my account saw it was registered and under warranty and 1,2,3 it was replaced. REGISTER your Keurig.
