My Keurig K-Supreme malfunctioned. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement. My new Keurig works great. Customer service rep was very helpful and it was quick.
I want to thank all parties involved in helping me with my keurig problem. After descaling and following directions completely, I no longer could get power to my unit. The gentleman who helped me was very patient and made it very easy to resolve the problem. I had no idea that it would result in me getting a new Keurig to replace my unit. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I didn't have to be without my coffee but just a few days!
I was having some minor problems with my coffee maker. I contacted customer support and they were very courteous and helpful. After doing some trouble shooting, it was determined that the unit should be replaced. The coffee maker was still under warranty and the process to replace the unit was relatively easy. After sending the required info to Keuring, I was able to get a new replacement for my old unit. I am back to enjoying my coffee and Keurig coffee maker. Thanks again for all your help.
I had a problem with my d scaling light and I gave. Kerrigan a call. We ran through all of the things to try to turn it off and didn't work and they sent me a new machine.
