I love it when it works….This is my second replacement. Both have stopped working after descaling process. Completely dead won’t even power on. If this happens again I will no longer be a Kuerig owner
I love Keurig and I have had one for years so I was very upset when after having the last one for years it no longer worked. I know it sounds crazy but I was really upset and called the company right away. The associates were absolutely wonderful and even though the warranty had run out they made it possible for me to get the exact one that I wanted for half the price and it arrived in record time. Thank you Keurig!!
This was a replacement for a defective unit. I would have bought this unit if I was shopping for a new one. The filtering through the 5 holes brews a great cup of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved this machine because of its versatility. Unfortunately, it completely died last night, just about a year after purchase. I never had that happen on other Keurigs. Is this technology, is the amount of time I’ll get from this style Kerrig? I am greatly disappointed.
