Thank you for honoring your warranty for my K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. It was do in such a timely manner (a turn around time of 3 days). I love my New K-Supreme it was very easy set up again. A senior citizen.
This is my second K-Supreme Single that replaced the first failed unit. This one is three weeks old and struggles with cup-fill measurements already. Often the cups fill half or less. I'm watching if the issue continues. If so, a different model is in my future.
Our 6 month old Keurog starting having problems pumping the correct amount of water per cup and then got to where it only pumped 2 oz. Keurog was great to work with us and replace the machine not requiring us to return the old machine before sé sending us a new machine.
After about 3 months of use i was cleaning the Keurig and nearing the end of the cleaning cycle the thing started to smoke really bad, i shut it all down and let it cool and tried to restart it, NOTHING worked, Called customer service and they walked me through filing a claim. About 7 days or so a new one showed up at the door, Thanks for the quick service.
