Our Keurig would not work after descaling it for the second time, I called the number on the pamphlets & Talked to Coocie from Keurig she ende up ordering me a new after she to.d me how to send the info from the old one that wasn’t even a year old .
Keurig customer service made it simple to honor the warranty that comes with my coffee maker. A few simple steps on my part and a few days later I had my replacement, Keurig you rock, thank you so much.
I was wondering why my new Keurig Supreme was making worse coffee than my boyfriends old original, so I decided to investigate. I thought the multistream technology was supposed to be a huge improvement but it seems to be an issue with proper seal on normal K cups. A lot of water escapes the K cup, leading to weak coffee and grinds in your drink. I will talk to customer service about this but in the meantime it might be safer to go with a non multistream model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The warranty on this is great. The actual keurig is a huge disappointing design flaw. From now receiving my third replacement- this is my take. About once a month it will go into limp mode, making about a quarter inch of coffee at a time. Forcing you to descale it. Once the descale process starts- you can’t get out of it until it decides it’s done. So you are running it constantly to get thru the process, which causes it to overheat inside the cup cavity and physically warp the plastic. At this point it either shuts itself off and won’t restart (keurig sends a new one), or it’s now warped so bad inside that it won’t seal to the top of the k-cup, and grounds go everywhere. I absolutely hate this coffee maker and would ditch it all together if they didn’t keep replacing it. In my opinion- make a better coffee maker and you wouldn’t need to replace it so much. My original purchase was in Feb of 2022. So in a year I’m on my third coffee maker. My previous Kuerig lasted me over 8 years.
This is my 3rd brewer of this type. First lasted 2 yrs Last one less than 2 months. Good customer service REPLACED IN 3 DAYS. Hope this one lasts Like that it has a reservoir and also doesn’t take up too much space
