i purchased the k-supreme coffee maker in aug 2022. 7 mos later i had a problem and the descale and add water lights would not go out. after following the tedious and confusing descaling instructions 2x and filling the reservoir with water and running it through the machine 4 or 5 times, i gave up and called keurig. it took a few moments to discuss my issues with an agent. following the conversation i was advised to submit documentation (save your receipt!) and a replacement was sent to me by keurig. note to keurig - bring back the older model that was simple without bells and whistles and doesn't require such a laborious descaling process.
Keurig Customer Service blew away our expectations relative to standing behind their product. Not only do we thoroughly enjoy our K-Supreme, we now have brand loyalty as a result of our experience - highly recommend!
After my 3-4 month old keurig coffee maker stopped working, I called the number suggested. We went through a couple steps and evidently it had decided to die. After a couple things done on my part a new coffee maker identical to the one I had was mailed to me. Thank you so much. Our family of 3 love coffee and love this particular keurig..
