This particular machine was a replacement for the one I had. It had a defect that could not be fixed. I was assured a replacement would be sent to me along with a warranty. I appreciated that. Was sent in a timely manner.
Did not realize you improved my coffee maker until I got a new one through warranty. My old one splattered coffee when filling cup and exploded if I did not slam the lid on the pod to begin processing. It is wonderful change. Always like the coffee selection from Keurig.
When our keurig stopped working we were so disappointed because we didn’t have it that long. I called customer service and they were really pleasant to deal with . They kindly replaced our pot. So nice to know there is still some great customer service.
We got our K-Supreme right after Christmas and it performed flawlessly. When it came time to descale the unit, something went wrong and it wouldn’t restart. I called the factory service phone number and after some troubleshooting they shipped me a brand new unit with absolutely no cost to me. It arrived 5 days later, no shipping, no handling, no tax, not a single penny out of pocket! Thanks Keurig!
I got my k-Supreme Keurig as a Christmas gift and just loved it. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago it malfunctioned. I contacted their customer helpline and was impressed by their courteous customer service. They were quick to send me a replacement Keurig. Thank you!
I did not need a new Keurig , but when I used the Keurig K-Supreme at a friends house I fell in love with it ! Cup size and strength are a quick and easy function. I love the slim size , it fits perfectly on my counter
