Too bad there is no rating less than 1star. This coffee maker does not deserve 1star! We purchased the K-Supreme™ Single Serve Coffee Maker in January. The coffee maker flashed “add water” though the water reservoir was full. It was replaced by Kerig after 6 weeks of jumping through hoops. The replacement coffee maker does the same thing!! Sadly the coffee machine does NOT work with that light flashing!
We had a Keurig for approx. 6 months and the thermostat kept tripping, I disassembled the old one to reset it and it would still trip, so Keurig sent me a new one after some troubleshooting....the new one came right away and has worked just fine, no issues. Still waiting to be told what to do with the old one....I boxed it up in the bos the new one came in...just waiting for a little direction, ship it back or trash it...or keep it and use it for parts in case something else goes wrong...
When my Keurig coffee maker went out, all it took was a phone call. They were courteous and sent me a new one right away! I LOVE it. Thank you so much Keurig!!!
