This is very stylish but I do not like the new 5 prong needles. This brews VERY slow and does not result in a good cup of coffee. I've tried multiple kcups as well as my own refillable kcup and have tried all of the troubleshooting tips and the coffee still tastes watered down. I am returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received the coffee maker for Christmas 22. The size was perfect, it is easy to fill and it made good coffee. Everything was great until the descale light came on. I followed the instruction to the letter and machine would not turn on again. I read how to solve the problem and that didn't work. I read and watched videos on how to reset the machine too. The reset button is so far embedded in the machine that you have to take the whole thing apart. I could not do that. I called the company and received a new one. My only problem left is what to do when descale button comes on again. I really like the coffee maker but it does have problems.
I was totally surprised by the quickness of the whole process. From my first contact to the fast delivery of my replacement all went smoothly and easily. All points to a very good company to deal with.
Contacted Keurig about replacing a unit which had failed prematurely and they made the process very easy. After submitting the appropriate documentation they quickly sent out another coffeemaker and as a result have a very satisfied customer
I had to return a Keurig because it no longer worked. I had the nicest representative to help me. They then sent an email of everything I needed to send them, they then sent my replacement Keurig with a return label. Easy return, exchange and now I have coffee again!
