Don't get me wrong, I love my Keurig; HOWEVER, I've had 5 K-Supreme units and all have died for the same issue. At about month 13 the fill water light comes on even though the water unit is full-it won't go out. The sensor unit needs redesign!
Coffee maker was not operating properly -- k-cups were not puncturing properly causing water to run over top of machine along with grounds. Unit was replaced and customer service was super. Thank you so much
I love this small, space saver, and perfect for a single person like me. Had mine 6 months, had a problem and they just replaced the whole thing within a few days. No hassle and great customer service. Thank you.

Poor Reliability

I just received my 3rd coffee maker for this model. We really like the white color option, since goes so well with our kitchen color scheme. While it lasts it works really well, starts brewing really fast even at start up in the morning. The problem has been it's only lasted 8 weeks for the first one and 10 weeks for the second one. Both times, they have lost power and gone dead while descaling. I followed the instructions exactly according to the user guide provided plus I've descaled previous models many many times. I noticed that the add water light never came on for either coffee maker when it runs out of water. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the excellent customer service. Both times I received a new coffee maker within 3 or 4 days and they were very helpful. Hopefully better luck with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

K Cup Leaks

I bought the Keurig Supreme yesterday and a K Cup. The K Cup is not user friendly and overly complicated. In order to use the K Cup in this Keurig, you have to remove a piece from the Keurig (which took my forever to figure out and I finally found it on a youtube video from a customer). We made our first cup of coffee this morning and it was fine. Second and third cup leak water from the K Cup. Tried repositioning the red o-ring piece and nothing helps. I will be returning today.
