We had upgraded our Keurig just over a year ago and it suddenly quit working during a routine descaling. The customer service rep was so kind and helpful and ended up sending us a new one even though just outside the warranty! Couldn't be more pleased!!
I bought my first one last summer and was surprised when it lasted less than a year. I am only making one cup of coffee a day. I called the company and they replaced the machine for me. The coffee is great every time. I felt let down when a very expensive coffee pot couldn't last more than a few months but the company gives such great service I would always go with this machine and those behind that product. Have to give Kurig a 5 star rating.
My machine quit working, about 13 months after purchase. I called, and they replaced it without any issues. I didn't even ask. I was pleasantly surprised
I would recommend this to a friend!

Coffee maker stopped working after descaling. Is being replaced. Good customer service however I have to go to trouble of returning (free) their defective product. Descaling seems to be a common issue with this model
