Our coffee maker malfunctioned about a year after we bought it--the process to get it replaced was very quick & easy--we received a brand new machine in a couple of days--a great experience
I have bought two K Supremers. Both died at first descale. Called Keurig because last one I bought was less than warranty period so Keurig sent me a replacement and it like the others makes great coffee. I’m concerned that it will die at the first descale. We’ll see
My Kurig stopped working after I did a descale. I called to ask about what to do to get it to work. They sent out a new one right away to honor warranty.
