I want to express my thanks for the way that my replacement arrangements were handled. Both customer service reps I spoke with were courteous and helpful. English skills were good. Aside from poor phone connections and the necessity of a second phone call all went smoothly. I hope I'll not have to speak with you again; (nothing personal).
I bought my Keurig about 3 weeks ago. I love it. The only thing I can see wrong is for the 10 oz it fills My Cup right to the brim. So I Have A Little Bit Stronger coffee with the eight ounce. Also I have purchased the same exact Keurig in 2021, so I want to make me a cup of coffee and it and it just stopped working and it smelled like something was burning and it would not turn on we tried to reset it with the turn on button and that's why I had to purchase the new one. So are there any recalls on these Keurig Supremes. Please let me know I still have the old one if you want me to ship it in the box of my new one I can do that too.
The new unit that was sent as a replacement for a unit that stopped working is working perfectly at this point in fact better than the original unit. Excellent customer service, with a prompt replacement.
My first one I purchased last in a year ago I had an issue with it and when I called to get it replaced, they weren’t going to replace it because of the serial number that it was more than a year old but because I had my receipt they did replace it. No questions asked so hang onto your receipts.
I am bummed because my new Keurig randomly doesn't shut off after brewing a cup and the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. I’m hoping this isn’t serious because I don’t want the hassle of returning it. I’m a long time Keurig user and love the products and great customer service.
