We had an old Keurig that sadly stopped working and after some research, decided that this was the closest thing to it. The old machine didn’t have a reservoir, so we thought that would be a plus! While this cute little sage colored machine makes a decent cup of coffee, there are a couple of things that keep it from a 5 star rating. 1. If you are using a refillable KCup to try to save the environment one tiny plastic cup at a time, you’re going to need to buy another one specific to the multistream functionality. It does not say this anywhere in the product description 2. This machine seems to make a cup of coffee that’s not quite as hot as our old one. It’s not that it’s cold coffee, it’s just not piping hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love this Keurig. It is a great size and good styling. It is also the quietest Keurig we have had. This was a replacement for one we bought that quit working during a descaling procedure. That you Keurig for a pain free replacement process.
This makes making a single cup of coffee easy, fast and you get a great cup of coffee. I like to use the refillable pods, so I can use my own particular blend of coffee.
I had bought the keurig just a little less than a year ago and it stopped working properly. I contacted customer service and they replaced it promptly. Very pleased!
