It's fabulous! Brews coffee so fast I'm amazed! No waiting for it to heat up. Just place your favorite pod in and close the lid and you are ready to go.

We appreciate this feedback. The K-Supreme coffee maker has a preset brew temperature to optimize taste. A beverage of 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz will dispense at 170F (average) in cup. The Over Ice feature will brew 6oz at a lower temperature optimized for iced beverages. We hope this helps!
The brewed coffee from this machine really taste different and this machine really bring the full flavor from the pod. The one star deducted is due to the machine splashed the coffee everywhere at times.

I have been using the new K Supreme brewer for about 2 weeks and I am very happy so far. No issues out of the box, quieter operation and much less messy tank refill. I an a fan of the new design!

Good, but could be better

I've had mine for a week now and I didn't realize that the MyKcup did not come with it. However, someone else mentioned this before & I'm having the same problem. When you run water to make tea, water splashes all over the counter and the machine. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
