Called due to problem with decalsify light not going off. Replacement coffee maker sent quickly.

good coffee maker, not so pretty

My third Keurig (keep downsizing) and each has been dependable. My issue is a design flaw. They display all the pretty colors on the site so I selected a warm white to go with my light kitchen. But, they do not display the cords in their photos so I have a dark bulky cord visible. Silly, yet the design flaw has me puzzled. Why offer nice colors if you cannot finish the product properly with a compatible color cord (light gray)? Doesn't Keurig know coffeemakers live on the kitchen counter?
I have purchased several Keurig coffee makers I love the fact you can make it stronger brew for each cup and always nice feature reminding you to descale!
Keurig replaced our prior coffee maker when it quit working... We love this model especially for the ease of refilling the water carafe and the fact that it's so quiet. It takes up less space on the counter. It make a superior tasting cup of coffee, too. I would recommend this to everyone. And we recommend the company, Keurig, as well. They really stand behind their products.
So far this replacement K-Supreme is working correctly I Can’t say I would recommend it as the first one quit working properly after having it for 3. Months so far will give 5 stars but see what happens eventually
