Works well, some differences from K-Classic

Still getting the hang of making coffee with the new machine. In general, it works just like the older K-Classic that it replaced, but with a few differences.
For one, I've noticed that it is somewhat noisier than the Classic. This may have something to do with the new water drip system (5 holes versus 1) but this is more of an annoyance than a problem.
The other thing I've noticed is that you really need to stir up the finished product a bit. With the Classic, I would add creamer to my cup, turn on the drip, and the coffee was just right, all blended and ready to drink. With the Supreme, the coffee right out of the dripper is a little funky in taste, not as homogeneous as the Classic made. With a quick stir, though, everything is fine.

We purchased our Keurig November 2022 and it quit working end of February 2023. It was past the 90 days where we purchased the item to be able to return it, which was disappointing. I ended up calling Keurig and they were amazing. I received our replacement Keurig within 5 days and that was the end of it. It was such an easy and painless process! Totally satisfied.

Like any product, things can go wrong. Our machine failed and the customer service team was very pleasant, prompt and professional. Good customer service can mean more than the product in some situations. We love Keurig products as it is, but the customer service we received has solidified that we will be lifelong customers of their products.

K-Supreme Coffee Maker

We recently purchased our K-Supreme Coffee Maker to replace a K-Supreme Plus which we loved. However, after a year and a half, the Plus started having issues with not brewing the full size cup requested and finally gave up entirely. The Keurig support member guided me through a couple of steps to try to restart our Plus, but nothing worked. We were given a good deal on our new K-Supreme, and so far it is working beautifully. The one thing I miss about the Plus model is the larger carafe, but we like our new model enough that we can certainly deal with that. We love the convenience of Keurig brewers and have been loyal customers for over 15 years.
