I bought this brewer in August, 2022 - lasted 6 months, just turned itself off and that was the end of it. Hoping for longer performance on newly purchased one. When it worked, we liked it. Make be sure to keep purchase receipt or you are out of luck replacing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had trouble with the previous Keurig coffeemakers for a while. I have called your customer service people and they (after suppling the information they requested) sent me replacements. This last replacement is working find.
This was a replacement for my K-Supreme that stopped working after a routine cleaning. Had to do without for almost a week but I've been making up for that time since receiving the replacement! Easy to use and perfect for me.
Not happy with quality of the machine, its tends to move and doesn't seem secure between the water reservoir and the actual machine. Also I originally purchase a larger coffee maker that also made cappuccino and had to return the 1st one because the cappuccino didn't work, replaced it and again had to return the 2nd one for same issue. So I ended up purchasing this machine, which after 2 times using descaling the light on the 2nd cleaning did not release. So I am now on my 4th machine and will see what happens but I am not to sure it will work out.
My coffee maker was not giving the correct amount of water for my K cups. Tried a cleaning procedure with no improvement. My brewer was replaced with a new one at no charge. Couldn't ask for anything more.
I was surprised that Keurig was ready to accept my apparently defective coffee maker and replace it so promptly. The new one actually fills up about 20% higher than did the defective one, and it does make a fine cup of java. The service was what surprised me. Fast, and was that ever appreciated. Thank you Keurig!
It took 2 months to get the replacement Keurig. I had to buy a new one because the one I bought in June died. There are only 2 things that are true to my heart. 1. coffee. 2. bacon the rest don't mater. when it died, it disrupted my daily routine. After 2 weeks or so I realized that it was going to be a while before, if at all it even got replaced. I am proud to announce no one was hurt during the druation of my disrupted segment of life. We are good now. I now have 3 pod coffee machines. I will not be disrupted again. Ya'll have a wonderful 2023.
