Great customer service replacing my K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker, this is was the first time I had to replace a Keurig coffee maker before the warranty ran out, and I’m very thankful they have this warranty program, I love my Keurig! This is my 6 or 7th unit. I purchased the supreme which only lasted a few months- a routine I’m used too! They downgraded me to this little unit even though I’m still under warranty. NOT COOL
I got this machine for a birthday present, and did not have the receipt. It stopped working one day, I called Keurig and they asked a couple of questions. The warranty department replace my machine without a hassle. Shipped free, no other company stands behind their product like that.
My students use these for our special needs coffee cart at school and the original ones stopped working- but Keurig service was great and we have two new ones, fingers crossed!
