I was really sad when my new maker just stopped working after only a month of use but so very happy that Keurig made it good so quickly and sent me a new one. So I am once again enjoying this great machine for my husband's coffee and my cocoa!!
This is my 3rd unit in less then 2 years. Both never had add water light come on, and burned out. Warranty service has been good, but makes wonder what will happen if it makes it too 1 year?
I got a replacement, and I am so glad I did the best way to make coffee
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked great, until.....

Flawless performance for about 11 months. Then, this morning, as I began brewing my morning Joe, immediately after the elixir started to flow into the cup, the entire coffee maker just stopped working, no power, lights off, dead! The wall outlet was fine. No burning, smoke, nothing. It just died. I tried a reset, repeatedly. Nada. Nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have used the Keurig for many years now and it's the best coffee maker. We purchased another brand and had a harder time finding the K-cup equivalent and it was kind of tinny-tasting coffee, even though it was more expensive than the Keurig. We had a problem with a recently purchased slim Keurig, and they were extremely responsive and quick in getting us a replacement machine. We use it every day!!
