Sadly my other K-Surpreme stopped working so I had to file a claim to get it replaced. Of course I was expecting it to be an extremely difficult process but to my surprise it was amazingly easy!!! The associate that I worked with was super friendly, kind and courteous throughout the entire process and my claim got processed like clockwork and in hardly no time my new one arrived and I'm back enjoying my morning cuppa like nothing ever happened. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.
Had a problem w the K-Supreme single serve. Called customer service and explained what was happening. They asked standard questions to establish warranty coverage. Emailed instructions of what they needed. Less than 10 days later, I had a new coffee machine!
I’m very happy with the way my inquiry was handled. I was sent a replacement keurig and it arrived quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Okay - Would not purchase again

I’ve had this a few weeks and while it works well, it doesn’t make the coffee hot enough. I’m disappointed in this purchase.

I contacted Keurig because my K Supreme was melting the k cups as well as grounds in my cup every time I made coffee. They were very receptive to helping me once I sent the information required. Once I did this they sent a new machine out super quick and provided a return label for the machine I had bought. Thank you!
This is the best small Keurig I have ever used! No water in a reservoir that you can’t empty and really clean! Fast coffee in the morning. Nice and compact and neat looking! Easy to maintain! Great customer service!
