This brewer is a replacement for my old one that stopped working and so far this coffee maker is great. It makes a quick, hot, delicious cup of coffee. Just what I need when I get up in the morning.
It is not often that I respond or comment on a negative experience with a company. But, in this case, Keurig actually turned that negative experience into an appreciative customer. Our Keurig started leaking. We tried all the regular maintenance protocols (descaling, checking the K-Cup needle, etc.) All to no avail. Our machine would simply erupt like a volcano on very second or third cup – grinds all over the place. Frustrated. I called Keurig. Explained the situation. And, to my surprise... (to make a long story short) I received a replacement machine in less than two days. All it took was the one phone call and a follow up email exchange. To say I am appreciative, grateful and impressed – probably would be an understatement. It was a good feeling knowing that there are still companies that stand by their products. The entire experience as hassle-free and timely. I can only (now) ponder, "Why did I wait so long in calling them?" Thank you Keurig.
Got my original one 8 months ago. When I descaled it, it did not work anymore. Called customer service, they reviewed the issue and sent me a new one. Came with. 4 days.
Love my new Keurig coffee maker. Use it every day. Don't waste your money on other coffee machines. Buy the best..Keurig. This company stands behind their product. 5 star coffee maker.
I purchase a keurig K supreme single serve several months ago and when I descaled the coffee maker it stopped working . I called and keurig replaced it for me . There was no problem and they were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend keurig.
