I love this and really hope that this "second" warranty replacement last longer than a year. The motor on the first (actual purchase) and first warranty replacement both died during or shortly after the descaling process.
This was a replacement for one that died not even a year old. It takes so long to get the cup of coffee! I was pleased with the first until it up and quit for no apparent reason, and have been unhappy with this one since. It's new, so shouldn't need to be descaled or anything. Not worth the amount you pay for it.
Bought this at a discount club and several months later I couldn’t get the descale light to turn off Contacted Keurig and they promptly sent a new one out. I have had many many Keurigs and this is the first one I had to return.
For some reason mine stopped working customer service was excellent. Sent me a new one and I returned broken one so as to determine why it failed. Great machine love it. thanks again for such great service you have a customer for life
Bought this had it three months stop working completely I was sent a new one to replace it. Still not happy with. It doesn’t seem to heat the coffee hot enough. I love my morning coffee very hot.
