There is my third machine of the same kind It keeps on making strong coffee even when not needed Not sure what is wrong with the buttons after a third replacement
We had an issue with our Keurig and Chriss from the Consumer Care Team took care of it for us. Love the product but the service was outstanding. Thank You
Coffee maker is ail plastic, Had to put pads under to stop it slipping when using. Coffee is good when made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

However, I did have an issue of coffee grinds getting into the coffee cup, not a usual things but I don’t like any in my cup. Also it stopped working after a year . Just wouldn’t turn on. But a replacement was sent. Doing okay so far
