Received this item as a Christmas gift and had to immediately exchange it due to mechanical error. The 2nd item worked for two weeks and now has the same issue. Will be reaching out to return this one as well. Disappointed, as my previous Keurig worked for almost 10 years with no issues.
Although I am awaiting a second replacement of this single serve coffee machine; I must say the Company is exceptional in that they stand firmly behind their guarantee, which offers a full years warranty on any replacement brewer. The coffee maker has always brewed a great cup and I am looking forward to receiving the replacement brewer
I was very happy with the customer service line. I did have to talk with 2 or 3 different people however this was just the next step ( level) of the claim. The process was very easy and I received my replacement unit very fast!!!
