I got this a few weeks ago after the original one shut off during descaling process. It was easy to get a replacement which was nice. The new one seems somewhat different. Takes a little longer to brew which is not a problem. Hopefully will not have a problem during descaling.
I am truly amazed and appreciative of the promptness of my replacement coffee machine, and thank you for this. I am inly giving 3 Stars because the replacement machine I’ve noticed does not brew my coffee aa my previous machine. The coffee is not aa strong. It’s light. Even pressing the “strong” button.
We bought the keurig several months ago and we loved it. The descale light would not go off even when I tried everything they suggested. Customer Service was very accommodating and I did what they advised me to do. It was determined that I needed a replacement. Again, we are enjoying our keurig coffee maker.
No problems with old machine other than descaling light would not go off. Phone tech helpful but decided it was faulting and since machine was under warranty it was replaced. Painless process, all went smoothly, new machine arrived within 7 to 10 days.
I absolutely love this Keurig! The handle on the reservour makes refilling the water so much easier. The size on my counter is NOT overwhelming either. Best Keurig ever and the company is very good about customer service. I had a small problem with my first one and they replaced it quickly under warranty. Love the ease of using Keurig Brand coffee makers!
Unit failed after a couple of months of use. Called, the explained what I need to do, immediately sent a replacement and pickup label for the defective unit. Was with a unit for only three days. OUTSTANDING!
