I had bought a Keurig close to a year ago and it started to leak from the bottom becoming unusable. I called and within a few minutes the customer service agent clearly explained the process to submit a claim and receive a new one based on a year warranty. I got a new one in the mail about a week later! Great service!!!
This is a 4 star rating because there was an electrical or computer malfunction after 6 months of ownership which prevented turning it on. Up until that time, the coffee maker had performed excellently
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a new k- supreme first one was defective got sent a new one and I don’t like it . When I brew it is very messy and sprays all over my counter around the machine the back part of the machine always gets dirty . When it’s done brewing with the used k cup removed it continues to drip for several seconds so everyone I use it o have to empty the tray and clean it along with my counter and the back part of the maker .
