Had an issue with a newer Keurig. When I called in the person I talked to was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with my time. Sent me a new machine when I explained what happened. This is my fifth machine because Keurig is a great company with a great product.
I was very pleased with Kurig’s service on this warranty replacement. This is the way warranty replacements should work…no wild goose chase for the original receipt when the product was registered and the serial number is on the unit. Thank you!
Unfortunately, the first one we got as a gift malfunctioned, but company was very helpful with processing a replacement. The new one is so convenient and easy to use. It's great for getting coffee to suit everyone's taste without having to brew separate pots.
