We had one and it had issues and the customer service representative helped us through troubleshooting which ended up not working and we were sent a new one that works!!!! We love this company and the customer service we receive as well as the loyalty they have for their customers. We would never buy another brand!!!!!
We love this coffee maker! He likes caffeine and I like Decaf. Slim size doesn’t take up too much space. Size and strength settings are great. Take care in descaling/cleaning. After 9 months use the coffee maker malfunctioned when doing the 2nd cleaning. Warranty replacement is keeping us happy!
I bought my Keurig late last year and when it stopped working I called and within days I had a warranty replacement with a return label. Super fast service
If it wasn't for the warranty it wouldn't be worth buying. I've owned many keurig's over the years. everyone has had to be replaced multiple times. this one is no exception, we are now on number 3. 1 and 2 both melted at the k cup holder. made of soft plastic so after a couple of months of hot water the plastic softened and sagged to the point where k cups were no longer pierced by needle. This is my last keurig. its not worth the hassle even though the replacement is free.
