This is my second machine of the same make and model in the last two years. I had issue with both while descaling they stopped working. This second machine was still under warranty so I was able to exchange it. Hope this one does not have a problem. I had other models in the past and never had any issues. This model is the more expensive one in the future I would try the older or less expensive models since in the past they held up better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great little brewer

My first one stopped working a few months after receiving. The warranty process was easy. Got a new one a few days later. Great customer service.
I had an issue with my coffee maker within the warranty period… contacted Keurig and a replacement coffee maker was immediately sent to me. I have owned multiple Keurig coffee makers and have also purchased for others. Am always satisfied with them and was glad my issue was handled with superior service.
It's a good coffee maker to start. This is the third one I've owned. The last two have been replacements. At about the six month mark they start to leak at the top of the pod and most of the water bypasses the pod giving a very weak cup of coffee. Keurig has been very good at replacing the coffee maker.
all in all I love my Red Brewer but I gave it 4 stars because I have Always had issues with there brewers, and this 1 was a warranty replacement because my clean light would not shut off. it kept doing the Blinking Dance.
