I received a Keurig coffee maker for Christmas and when I went to use it, there was water leakage from the bottom of the coffee maker. A call to customer service and after answering a few questions, a new coffee maker was on its way to my home. That is what I call, a great customer service from a company that will have my business for a long time.
When I first purchased my new KEURIG everything was great until I decayed it and during the process it stopped working, seems like an electrical problem...."it just went dead".
so far it makes great coffee. Keurig gave us very good service on the warrenty replacement' Seems a little light compared to the older Keurigs that we have owned
This is my 4th Keurig single serve coffee pot, I purchased 2, This is my second replacement. I had issues with the first 3 to the point were I was going to replace the 4th with a different brand. I called you people & reported the problem. You sent me the 4th pot. That was a good call. This 4th one works as advertised. It is GREAT. Thank you for sending this last one.
I am currently on my 3rd K-Supreme. 1st one stopped working after 8 months. After lots of hassle, Keurig finally sent a replacement. It was defective as well from day one. I suspect they sent one that was remanufactured improperly, just my thoughts. After more hassle they sent a 3rd warranty replacement. So far it works, only had it for a few weeks. If you buy this model I hope your luck is better than mine.
