Love it for a short time

Handle broke after a less than 6 months. This is my 6th Keurig and likely my last. Waited forever to try to connect with customer service. Now I’ve given up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I called customer service and was greeted by a very pleasant agent who was both friendly and knowledgeable about the keurig coffee maker. We tried some basic troubleshooting to get the Coffee maker to turn on but to no avail. The next step was to initiate the return process which was explained and simplified for me and followed my instructions and the return was made complete with in a week . Great Coffee maker but even better customer service !!
my Keurig stopped working 3 weeks after the 1 year warranty. When I called, the lady was very helpful and stated that since it was so close to the warranty, she would replace for free! Talk about great customer service and standing behind your product! Awsome!
This is the 3rd coffee maker I’ve had. Purchased original one in 2021. In 2022 after descaling unit - per blinking light - unit didn’t work at all. Keurig sent a new unit. After 6 months the exact same thing happened. Let’s see how long this one lasts. Especially after descaling.
