My Keurig just kind of died one day and it was a month or two out of warranty. I emailed the company and they so graciously replaced my Keurig within a week. I am so appreciative of their wonderful and professional customer service and enjoy their product very much.
I received a k sepreme coffee maker as a gift and unfortunately the thermostat defect didn't allow the water to heat. Courteous and concerned service processed a replacement machine. I am so happy that this replacement works perfectly.... I love my new updated Keurig coffee maker! I have owned a Keurig machine for over fifteen years now and I am a loyal customer. Thank you again for great quality service!
Love my Keurig but customer service needs work. They made an error on my address. 104 instead of 106. I immediately called when the shipping notice came. I was assured it was changed. Nope! Delivered to my neighbor’s garage. I looked like a porch pirate snatching it, knowing they weren’t home.
I have purchased several different styles of Keurig coffee makers and have been pleased with all of them. My latest one was the K-Supreme Single Serve and I love it. After a year, it quit working so I called customer service. They were very helpful. Even tho it was a month past warranty, they replaced my Keurig free of charge. I received it the next week. I highly recommend Keurig products.
I am very disappointed in the way Keurig’s are made now. We have a better model from years ago and we wanted a more compact one as well. this machine is awful. It’s cheap plastic. It looks like it’s going to break and even though it has the new brew system with five prongs, the coffee isn’t nearly as good.
