This was a second warranty replacement of ones that did not work right. The Keurig personnel were great during the whole warranty replacement process. Great customer service. I hope this one works because it makes a good cup of coffee fast.
I am on my third one of these, each time getting a new one because it malfunctioned while still under warranty. Each time the issue was the add water light would not go out regardless how much water was in it. And of course, when the add water light is on you can’t make coffee. I do have to give Keurig credit for sending a new one each time but went through some frustrating mornings trying to get the thing to work. I sure hope they have fixed this issue, I guess time will tell. Having said that, I do enjoy the coffee when it works.
I bought ths coffeemaker a year ago and after descaling 3 times the third time it would not turn on after. Tried everything would not work. Called kuerig tey were wonderful sending a new one and very helpful.. i worry when I descale it will be ok after. My first one I had five years. I take good care of my kuerig and other appliances.
We bought this single serve in September, and it had a recall, so they replaced it with the new one, no charge. Very happy with Keurig products and service. Thank you!!
