Our coffee maker stopped working. I called Keurig went through some trouble shooting with the rep. He agreed it wasn’t user error and sent us a new coffee maker within 10 days. Excellent support
I bought my Keurig to replace my old one. I love the new features on the K-Supreme single serve. It is very easy to fill the water carafe and easy to operate.
I loved my Keurig Supreme but it died during descaling. I called Keurig and they sent a replacement machine in 3 days. They included a return label which I dropped off at a UPS store. I am happy with how easy Keurig made that happen and I think they really care!
We received a K-Supreme as a gift. Unfortunately, a leak developed from the base of the water reservoir. We contacted customer support and they immediately shipped us a replacement. We have only been using for a week now; however, everything seems to be fine. We like it for its compactness and quick brewing capabilities!

We purchased a k-supreme model. I registered it at that time. It failed after 5 months. I reached out to keurig and they requested some information as expected. I emailed a copy of the receipt, a picture and the serial number. I received a replacement in maybe 3 days. We are very pleased with the service that we got. Thank you
