I got this as a gift a year ago. It just stopped working on Thanksgiving morning. Keurig was responsive and sent a brand new one. How awesome is that. Enjoying my morning coffee again.
Our Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker developed problems with the brew cycle. We would close the top, but the needles were not puncturing the pods completely. This led to the water not being channeled into the pod and overrunning it and into the open chamber. I called Keurig Customer Service and they quickly arranged to have the unit replaced. The new unit is working perfectly. I was asked to return the defective unit and am hoping I hear from them as to what happened with the original unit.
This is a great coffee maker to have and easy to use. I was pleased with how the service representative assisted me with my replacement. It arrived within a week and I was back at it. One strong coffee of dark a day.
I love my K-Supreme. I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning so this is the perfect way to start the day. Simple and zero clean up. Highly recommend this machine.
