I received my Keurig a few weeks ago and Love its few features making it Very Easy and quick to use while enjoying each Delicious cup of Keurig coffee !
My first one had issues within a month of having the pod release the coffee everywhere. We called Keurig and they were great. They sent us a new one within a week and it works beautifully. I love Keurig.
When I contacted customer service with an issue I was having with the K-Supreme, I was immediately assisted and advised I would be receiving a warranty replacement shortly. Keurig made the entire process simple, and I was EXTREMELY happy with the customer care service I received.
