I was surprised that my K-Supreme failed after less tan a year in used..especially as my last under was good for over 5 years. I appreciated the company honored its committment to replace the unit and trust I will have a longer performance out of the replacement. Did have to call twice to the replacement order sent, but they kept their word.
After our call with the warranty department, things were solved quickly and within a week we had a replacement sent to us. We did have problems with the Brewer within six months of time of purchase. Brewing just a little bit instead of a full cup and after repeated descalings. Hope this unit will perform better.

I am enjoying my new Keurig. The coffee brews nicely. I gave it 4 stars because of the splatter and mess it makes on the counter and the machine itself.
I have limited counter space in my kitchen. We’d love the convenience of making a single cup of coffee whenever we choose to do so it’s handy on the countertop and a nice black accent!
I purchased a K-Supreme single serve a little over a year ago and it took a crap on me. So I decided to call into technical support to see if they could provide any insight to a fix, I honestly can say I was not expecting much knowing i was out of warranty and had already figured i was going to be buying a new machine. After spending about 20 minutes on the phone with technical support they made the determination that is was not fixable at this point. Even though I was out of warranty they made a one time exception and replaced my machine with a brand new machine and I was completely shocked. Keurig differently stands by there customers and I will forever be a customer. Thank you Keurig
This was a warranty replacement. Problem with the DeScale not clearing on the old unit. Keurig replaced at no charge. 4 Star only because of problem with previous unit.
This was a replacement to one that just quit working after a cleaning. It was hard going without while keurig processed everything and shipped me a brand new machine. Thanks Keurig for being so helpful
