We had our K-Supreme coffee maker 10 months when it died, I called the warranty department on Monday morning and talked to a nice rep. and she told us what we had to do and Thursday noon we had our new one. It couldn’t have gone any better. Thanks again.
Love the compact keurig, fits on the counter nice. I don't have much space, so this one is not bulky or taking up too much room like some others would.
I had compatibility issues with a recent purchase of a Keurig K cup machine. I contacted Keurig Support and they promptly replaced my coffeemaker with a new one.
I just had a great experience when I had to replace a defective Keurig Supreme Coffee Maker under warranty. In speaking with technical support, we could not fix the problem, so Keurig sent me a total replacement machine that arrived just three days later. They trusted me to return the defective model upon receipt of the new one, and they paid for the return shipping and UPS pickup. I can’t recall ever having a better return experience. Keurig demonstrated to me that they value and respect their customers. What an exceptional company with awesome customer support and a customer service orientation.
My K-Supreme was almost a year old.. While descaling it started smoking! Couldn't get it to start so called Keurig, and they immediately sent me a new one!
