Thank you Keurig. Bought this a year ago for our vacation home and used it a few months. When we returned 6 months later it would not work. Keurig replaced it with free delivery. We love it.
I called in due to having issues with my Keurig and found out it was still under warranty. I submitted the information required and I received a new unit once I had submitted the information.

First, let me say that I am happy with the Keurig support team. Our current Kuerig is a warranty replacement, and the agent I spoke with couldn't have been nicer.
That being said, I bought the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker thinking it would be as good as the original Keurig. I'm not sure if it's the muti-steam technology, but it leaks. The replacement does not leak as badly as the original but it still leaks. I wish we had bought the basic Keurig model instead. Our old Keurig (the first model) was loud and took a while to heat up, but it never leaked.
