Bought one over 10 years ago and it was a beast, lasted forever. Purchased a replacement and it clunked out less than a year from its manufacture date, extremely disappointing. They replaced it and have changed the cleaning protocols which I’m hoping gives this replacement a longer life.
Bought the K-Supreme 3 months ago. We’ve had an older Keurig for 5 years, and loved the convenience. The Supreme made a cup of coffee so much quicker, and my husband said it made the best cup of coffee he’s had. Unfortunately, it just stopped working after 3 months. Called Keurig, and I had a new K-Supreme in less than a week. Very good customer service.
Although I bought one of these of a different model a year ago broke, and then I opened up my one from Christmas and it broke in a year and I opened up another one, and it broke in the same day, so I don’t know what happened maybe it was because I used the strong button. Not sure if I sent in two pictures and you sent me one and I appreciate it because I don’t believe you thought I was telling the truth about having 2to break within one month, so thank you very much though. My product died right at the 1 yr warranty. I was so very fortunate that I called customer service and was able to provide the information they needed so that I could get a replacement machine. It arrived very quickly, and I was very happy with the service.
