I always buy Keurig Coffee Makers. They are the best. When I couldn't de-scale mine, and it was less than 1 year old, I called Customer Support. They tried to walk me through the solution to my problem, and when that didn't work, they offered to send me a free replacement. I was again thrilled with Keurig, and especially the wonderful customer service.
Was having problems with my Keurig coffee maker. Called Keurig for the warranty. They couldn’t fix it so they sent me a new one. Didn’t have any problems getting my service. Love Keurig and their customer service.
I had my Keurig stop working and I called and they helped me troubleshoot and found that the machine just stopped working. They then told me that it would be replaced free and the process was super smooth and easy . I love companies that stand by their products and this is one!
