This is my third single serve coffee maker. Not sure why after only 5 months of use the power goes off on the unit and will not repower back on. The same happened on the first two units.

This is my warranty replacement and I want to say that customer service was outstanding. My opinion of this product is still the same - the best one so far. I really appreciate having a handle on the reservoir which makes it easier to lift etc. I have bragged about this coffeemaker to every one and probably sold a few!
