The replacement process is pretty easy but I will say I’m beginning to find myself very disappointed in theses products. The last Keurig product I had only lasted 10 months which is not very long. I regularly kept up with the maintenance of this product and still it did not last. I will be looking into different brands because I feel this is more trouble than it is worth.
I have been purchasing and using Keurig coffeemakers for more than 10 years. Each and every model I've purchased has been well above expectations. When I did have a problem there was never a hassel solving the problem.
I had a keurig that went out and was still under warrenty. When I called they said no problems We will send you a replacement. Then it went to their claims department. They ask me to send in pictures of the machine. I sent them 10 pictures and then they did not answer my emails. what a hassle I had to write the better business bureau. They got me a new machine. I wasted a lot of time on this and I will never buy a machine from them peoole.
Ued the unit 1 time and then it would not power up. Emailed Keuric and they shipped out a new one and sent me a return label with no question. I received the replacement and it works great. Thank you!
