I bought this keurig 11 months ago, but the”add water “ sensor stopped working. This affected the descaling process. Called customer service and determined keurig which was still under warranty needed to be replaced. I received a new keurig within 24 hours. Incredible!

I rated my coffee maker with three stars because it was a replacement for one I had that went out. This maker seems to be really loud and sputters during the brewing process. Still makes a great cup of coffee and I like have the larger water reservoir.

No way will you be making a fresh cup of coffee early in the morning without waking someone in the house. Because closing the cover on a k-cup is a noisy and loud process. Bummer! (The older units were never noisy)

Got this as an upgrade from my trusty Keurig 2.o. it has a convenient larger reservoir 60 oz before a refill; and a 12 oz brew for my travel mug. with MultiStream and a strong setting you can get a strong rich brew. in a more compact size
