I contacted Keurig about a problem with my Supreme. After providing the requested information I received a replacement unit in three days. Never had such good and prompt service. The replacement unit works great.
Coffee tastes really great with this new k supreme machine. Customer service was a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend this product to everyone. The multi stream technology really gets you the most out of your pod. I love this machine.
After a few cups, the needs water light went on. After some efforts no light and coffee made. The light appeared again. Calling Keurig, Thay were kind enough to send me a replacement canister as maybe that was the problem, and I was advised to call again if that was not correcting the issue. Within a day or 2 I received the new canister. That did not correct the issue and I called again. I was advised that Keurig would send me a new replacememt machine and they were sorry for the incontinence I was having. Again, within a few days, I received the new machine. The replacement machine works properly. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that stands behind their products.
We originally purchased the K-Supreme machine the end of September. We were very pleased wit the machine's performance, the coffee taste and ease of refilling the water tank. After roughly 2 1/2 months the descale light came on. We descaled the machine per the enclosed directions but the warning light never would go off. Called Keurig and they asked if I followed the descale directions, which I clearly did. Keurig concluded the machine was "defective". Keurig was pretty good about replacing it, so we are now using it like the previous machine. We shall see if there is a repeat of the descaling issue in a couple of months, Stay tuned!
