My keurig of thirteen years was still working be I wanted something more modern looking and deliver hotter coffee so I decided to purchase the k-supreme pro:the white coffee brewer is an update from the huge old one and saves counter space,coffee is hot Con:cheap plastic made(worked in the industry for 25years)to buy a filter to use other coffee was hard to find in stores and instructions were difficult for a senior Price point:I’m glad I didn’t pay an excessive amount for it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had our keurig replaced 3 times now. At least it breaks within a year so they will replace it. Otherwise it would be one star. I like the coffee maker but it stops brewing a full cup after 6 months.
I would have given 5 stars but for some reason every once in awhile you have to press it twice before the coffee comes down. This is a replacement machine and it happened with the last one. It works great otherwise.
Love the machine but it’s my second one. So far this one works fine so far but the first one lasted about 2 months then nothing. And I know I’m not the only one. My daughter bought one and the same thing. They need quality control
Have had mine for exactly a year. Was attempting to clean it with the Keurig kit as directed and it just quit working. Was calling Keurig to inquire as to what I could do to fix it. When to my surprise I was informed it was still under warranty and would send one to me at no cost. I was absolutely shocked but extremely pleased at Keurigs handling of the matter. Not many companies work this way anymore.
